Return Policy for ArtBridge Products

At ArtBridge, we strive to ensure the highest quality in our handcrafted products. We  I accept returns for defective and non-defective products. Also we accept exchanges of our goods. Our store accepts for a return or exchange products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be shipped back within 14 days after exchange approval.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional costs that may arise (e.g., price differences for exchanged items).

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to help expedite the process.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Custom or personalized glass items and mini plush toys.

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount (unless they arrive damaged).

Important Notes:

  • Due to the fragile nature of our glass products, we recommend careful unpacking. If your glass item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging to assist in processing your refund or replacement.

  • For mini plush toys, we do not accept returns if the item has been used or shows signs of wear, in order to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
