We work to order. We offer glass in white, brown, green or blue colors according to the client's choice.
We offer the color of the flowers that will be inside the product: white, yellow, pink, purple, blue, red. We have a rich herbarium, but we cannot guarantee the presence of a specific flower - only its color. We make each product by hand. There are no two absolutely identical lamps in the world, which makes them truly exclusive and unique. During the work process, we send clients videos and photos of the future product for approval.

To prevent any contact with the box walls and ensure absolute safety during transit, we nestle each creation amidst a bed of soft paper shavings, providing a buffer that cradles your item in comfort.

5-Year Warranty on Glass: We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our stained glass lamps. That’s why we offer a 5-year warranty on all glass components. Should the glass suffer any damage during this period, we will replace it free of charge. All you need to cover is the shipping cost. This warranty ensures that your investment in beauty and quality is protected, giving you peace of mind and confidence in every purchase.
Approval Process
Before dispatching your one-of-a-kind creation, we provide a thorough validation process. You'll receive photos and videos for your approval via email, ensuring your piece meets your expectations and our high standards.
Returns and exchanges
At ArtBridge, we strive to ensure the highest quality in our handcrafted products. We I accept returns for defective and non-defective products. Also we accept exchanges of our goods. Our store accepts for a return or exchange products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
Return Window is 14 days of receipt to arrange a return, this amount of time a customer has to return a product. Return method is by mail. The amount will automatically be converted into the euros. Restocking fee is 35% percentage of product price.
Refund processing time is 30 calendar days.
