Before dispatching your one-of-a-kind creation, we provide a thorough validation process. You'll receive photos and videos for your approval via email, ensuring your piece meets your expectations and our high standards.
Returns and exchange
At ArtBridge, we strive to ensure the highest quality in our handcrafted products. We I accept returns for defective and non-defective products. Also we accept exchanges of our goods. Our store accepts for a return or exchange products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
Return Window is 14 days of receipt to arrange a return, this amount of time a customer has to return a product. Return method is by mail. The amount will automatically be converted into the euros. Restocking fee is 35% percentage of product price.
Refund processing time is 30 calendar days.
